My birthday has knocked on my door one more time, accompanied by all the memories of this past year. Now contemplating, I have to admit it has been more than a handful. Experiences and circumstances have forced me to change the focus of my perspective. Oh boy, what a year it was. Yet, I am still here and I am grateful for being able to celebrate life itself again. As a matter of fact, I am even grateful for the negative experiences. Why? It’s simple, even though I am always striving for what I believe in; I understand that there is no way that I should have all answers to rising issues in life. Like everyone else, there are always blind spots that we either ignore or cannot see at all until; we are force thru circumstances to analyze the situation at hand. So now, I am on my way to spoil myself in celebration of the ending and beginning of a year. Although, the last one was not much fun, it will definitely be marked as one of my milestones.
